Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Vetident Teknoloji (“Vetident”, “we”) processes personal data collected through this website, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller

What we collect

When you submit the demo-request form we collect the name, work e-mail, company and sector you provide, and any message you add. We also store your language preference in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it and legal basis

We use the details you submit only to respond to your demo request and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your explicit consent and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (KVKK Art. 5; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f)).

Who can access it

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our own systems (kaliteapi.vetident.com) and are accessible only to authorised Vetident staff handling your request. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep demo-request details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our follow-up, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to bilgi@vetident.com.
